FOLENA, JORDÃO & BARBOSA– ATTORNEYS AT-LAW & LEGAL ADVISORS (FJB) Law Office – came into life as of 2000, from the association of professionals coming from the legal departments of reputedly transnational companies, where they held nationwide managerial positions.

    Its members gained all technical know-how throughout the long period of actual exercise of corporate counseling, where they had the opportunity to directly create, develop, implement, and supervise the most varied works and projects in the tax, administrative, business, corporate, and civil areas, besides an intensive work in the administrative and judicial litigation, was transferred to the new law office.

    FJB’s philosophy is to provide personal assistance to its clients, by helping them to settle issues arising from the conduction of their corporate activities, aimed to increase and secure the results of their businesses.
